Carrier Liability Disclosure

The Company and/or its carriers are not responsible for delays or damages caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, road closures, or restricted access to the delivery location. Customers are responsible for inspecting appliances upon delivery and notifying the Company of any visible damage at the time of delivery. Liability for loss or damage is limited to the extent permitted by law.
